What session formats are offered?

Sarah sees Clients in-person and via Telehealth.


How long do sessions last?

Sessions run for 50 minutes, though please allow 10-15 minutes extra for Intake sessions as those sessions can run longer.


What is the fee per session?

Sarah offers a sliding scale to make high quality care as accessible as possible. Please inquire for a session fee quote!


Where is Sarah licensed to practice?

Sarah holds a Maryland Department of Health-issued LCSW-C license. You can see Sarah for Clinical Mental Health Therapy as long as you are located anywhere in Maryland for the duration of your session. Meanwhile, Sarah also offers Coaching sessions to clients from other states - please inquire for more information about the differences between Therapy and Coaching to determine what would be the best fit for you.


Do you accept health insurance?

Currently, Sarah does not work directly with insurance companies. Meanwhile, many Clients are able to receive insurance reimbursement by submitting Superbills from Sarah to their insurance providers.


Do I need to be Catholic to see Sarah for Mental Health Therapy?

Absolutely not! Sarah sees Clients from a diverse range of backgrounds. Meanwhile, please note that Sarah integrates the Catholic view of the human person (ie. Each person has inherent dignity and worth; each person is unique and unrepeatable) as well as sound Catholic teaching into practice. Those looking for a Catholic Clinician can trust Sarah to be uncompromising in cohesion of faith and her therapeutic approach.
